The treaties themselves are called "Hague Conventions". As of February 26, 2008, there are 75 countries that are members of the Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption. The countries below are divided by those that are members of the Hague Conference and the Convention on Intercountry Adoption and those who are not members of the Hague Conference but wish to be a party to the Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption.
