I have heard that most foster parents spend about two years thinking about becoming a foster parent before signing up to take a foster parenting class. Check out my list of New Year's Resolutions for Prospective Foster or Adoptive Parents to help you get on track toward expanding your family this year.

For those who are already foster or adoptive parents I have lined up goals on a monthly basis to help get you going for a wonderful 2013, as a foster parent or an adoptive parent.
